Title: Chili Spaghetti*

1lbGround beef
2mdOnions;chopped
1tsChili powder
1tsSalt
16ozTomatoes;undrained
8ozTomato sauce
15ozKidney beans
1lbSpaghetti;cooked & drained
1 1/2cCheddar cheese; grated

Cook and stir the ground beef and about 1 C. of the onions in a 3 qt. saucepan until the beef is brown and the onions are tender. Stir in the chili powder, salt, tomatoes, kidney beans and tomato sauce. cook uncovered over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Cook spaghetti as directed and drain. For each serving, spoon about 3/4 C. of beef mixture over spaghetti. Top with grated cheese and chopped onion.
